You will be working as a Volunteer at Jiujiang Jin’an Senior High School, where you will support students by teaching English in a well-resourced and high-performing learning environment

Your Project

The school has a strong local reputation and is one of Jiangxi Province’s key senior high schools. Originally established by SINOPEC, it became a public school under the Jiujiang Education Bureau in 2004 and continues to be recognised for its academic results and student development.

Following a major redevelopment completed in 2021, the campus now features modern facilities and upgraded teaching resources, providing an excellent setting for both students and Volunteers.

The school has around 1,500 students and a skilled teaching team, including highly experienced educators and recognised academic leaders. It is known for consistent academic success, with students regularly achieving top results and gaining admission to leading universities, as well as strong performance in national subject competitions.

Beyond academics, the school offers a well-rounded student experience, with particular strengths in sports, especially basketball, and a wide range of extracurricular activities.

Jiujiang Jin’an Senior High School has received numerous national and provincial awards and is widely regarded as a respected and well-established school within the region.

Volunteers will live on site in comfortable accommodation, with separate rooms.
