Your Project

Volunteering at El Pinar, a forward-thinking international school in Huaraz, offers a rich opportunity to engage in a dynamic bilingual and globally oriented education environment.

As a volunteer placed via Project Trust, you will support the school in varied ways that match your skills and interests. You may assist with classroom teaching, particularly helping students improve their English and communication skills. You may also help with the school library or book-bank program, support student wellbeing services, or participate in extra-curricular and co-curricular projects. Volunteers who are pro-active in offering help with arts, environmental projects, clubs, or community outreach will find many ways to contribute.

Living and working at El Pinar means being part of a supportive educational community. You’ll engage with staff and students across Early Years, Junior, and Senior levels, and learn in a setting with modern infrastructure and a focus on student support and family engagement. Accommodation

You will be living independently with your project partner and cooking for yourself. Project Trust will provide a monthly allowance to cover your food and living costs.
