Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG scheme)

The Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme is managed by Disclosure Scotland. It helps ensure people who are unsuitable to work with children and protected adults cannot do regulated roles with these groups. The first step will be an I.D check with a member of staff who will start the application process on your behalf.

You will need two forms of I.D. ready to start the application. Please see the accepted list of documents here.

After you have completed the I.D. check you will receive an email Disclosure Scotland with further instructions.
