To accept the offered Award, please complete the form below, and contact the Fundraising Team if you have any questions.

Once you’ve submitted the form, your Bursary will be added to your fundraising total internally – this means you don’t need to do anything else after completing the form, except adding the Bursary amount to your own fundraising records!

I am expected to attend Debriefing unless prevented by extenuating circumstances.

Debriefing – GIFT(Required)

I am expected to attend Debriefing unless prevented by extenuating circumstances, and Project Trust has advised me to apply to GIFT for funding to facilitate attendance.
