Volunteer Placement Acceptance Agreement

I confirm that I accept the offer of an international volunteering placement with Project Trust and understand that this offer is subject to the following conditions:

While Project Trust will try to allocate me to my preferred country, this may not always be possible, and I understand that I may be allocated to a suitable placement in an alternative country.
My placement may be delayed or cancelled if I have not reached my Fundraising Target before the start of my Training Course.
I recognise that as a Scottish registered charity, Project Trust is subject to the requirements of Scottish charity law and various regulators. I understand that the funds raised are general donations to further the charitable purposes of Project Trust and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, Gift Aid does NOT contribute towards your fundraising total because of rules set by Inland Revenue. We are only allowed to use Gift Aid to pursue our general aims and objectives and are therefore not allowed to allocate it to your account.
I understand that in the lead up to my placement there will be various administrative tasks required of me by Project Trust and agree to respond to these in a prompt manner, to avoid delays or cancellation of my placement.
